The Oikeo Think Tank Solutions is designed to create a multitude of innovative ideas to promote affordablitlty in housing. The strategy begins with professionals engaging in affordable housing design, sustainable design, and the latest technologies in new and innovative ways. Our objective is to create and share our ideas with all Canadians and deliver an affordable housing solutions for those in need.
Donations
We all need to participate and it starts with donations to purchase containers for development use.
Procurement
Oikeo will procure, various 20' & 40' high cube shipping containers suitable for use in mult-dwelling projects.
Design & Site Selection
When a number of containers are procured we will approach various provincial municipalities with site selections for affordable housing purposes.
Build & Deliver
After which we will design and build affordable housing for those in need; housing that is affordable with sustainability in mind.
