Nick Ainis created Fusioncorp in 2005 as a boutique construction / project management and general contracting organization that specializes in small to medium-density residential condominiums, building conversions, refurbishment / restoration and commercial construction. The company strives to bring success to projects delivering on core project management principles: on time, on budget, on quality. Fusioncorp is a progressive company, embracing innovation and new technologies; with a focus on green construction practices. Fusioncorp is a Tarion Builder & Vendor Registered complete with all other credentials, licenses, and bonding. Since starting Fusioncorp, Nick Ainis has dreamed of starting a non for profit housing company to make a difference in the the delivery, evolution and innovation of housing in Canada.
