Oikeo Co-Ownership Initiative

The Oikeo Home Co-Ownership Initiative is designed to give a family who would never have a chance to own a home reach their dream of home ownership.  The strategy begins with the application process, where Oikeo will select the family of choice and thenprocure the house for co-ownership; of course with the help of the many donations we need for this program.  Our objective is to deliver an affordable home for those in need.

Donations

We all need to participate and it starts with donations to purchase containers for development use.

Procurement

Oikeo will procure, various 20' & 40' high cube shipping containers suitable for use in mult-dwelling projects.

Design & Site Selection

When a number of containers are procured we will approach various provincial municipalities with site selections for affordable housing purposes.

Build & Deliver

After which we will design and build affordable housing for those in need; housing that is affordable with sustainability in mind.
